When installing Tanglu, the installer only lets you set up one keyboard layout. If you choose a Russian one, it sets that up with no option to switch to QWERTY - something borderline necessary to even complete the installation wizard (password, hostname, etc). Windows and many other Linux distributions (Fedora, Sabayon, Ubuntu?) default to Russian + QWERTY (en_US) with Shift + Alt for the hotkey, and Tanglu should probably do the same.
